We met Rebecca Lefebvre through a Colorado Business Committee for the Arts program called the “Advancing Creatives Intensive.” We were immediately drawn to her nature-inspired work and the incredible intention she puts into every exhibit. It was a perfect match for us to provide video and photo collaboration for her deeply-layered exhibit, Murmuration: The Dance of Starlings. This multimedia exhibit features over 100 paper mache birds, suspended from the ceiling in their own murmuration. The exhibit stands as a metaphor for interconnection, immigration and important conversations about “outsiders” and “insiders.”
